Project Description
This project is designed to enhance the soft skills necessary for our Master's degree students in Economics and Management. Students will have the opportunity to develop key competencies in communication, decision making, and project leadership, both individually and in groups.

Programme Structure
The programme is divided into three thematic areas, with activities organized as follows:

1. Online Self-Assessment – Initial analysis with input results
2. Individual Coaching Session
3. Meeting with an Alumnus
4. "Communication" Workshop
5. Individual Coaching Session
6. "Decision Making" Workshop
7. "Leadership" Workshop
8. Individual Coaching Session
9. Online Self-Assessment – Final analysis with output results

Duration and Timelines

• Programme duration: February – June 2025
• Application opening: 16 December 2024
• Application closing: 13 January 2025

Certification
At the end of the programme, participants will receive the Open Badge "Soft Skills for Your Career", issued by the University of Padova, therefore with this project you will get: personal and professional development, excellent reputation and enrichment of your curriculum!
